Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (Spes93Q
meeting of the Villt:gs Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: RFSuLL, l ' 40. (18-51

Fire Department Truck Water Tanker

bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
follow:,ng bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIM COM4CIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Midway Ford
Of St. Paul Minnesota

Purchase of one Fire Denartment
Uater Tanker Truck Cab and Chassis
by
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clark.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilman O'Fallon, }tumphrev and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: ".ivor Fiil(le and Councilman 14agen.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): I -lone.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular -
meatiug of the Village Council of said village held March 4th , 19,R -,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Acgeptine bid
10 of Midway Ford for Fire Department Water Tanker Truck Cab and Chassis,
of the Village.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the corporate
