RESOLUTION NO. 68-50

Conan l of the Village of Plymouth, kinnesota, wad held on the 4th deny of ('.arch,
196d. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fsllon,
Kwtphrey, Hagen and Hunts and the following members were absent. None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

WHIIiEA,S, the Plymouth Village PIP.nning Comiaulon hold a public hearing to
consider the proposed plat of Pheasa_.t hills Addition Feplat and rocoam.ended ap-
proval of said plat, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Er.g-meer recommended approvul of said plat
after due consideration rid study,
NOW, THERIrFORE BE 1T HERFABY REiULVIED BY THE VILLAGE COUPdCIL OF TIE VILLAGE

1. That the final plat of Pheasant Hills Adaition Rxyl... submitted and
herewith described be approved:
Lot 3, Block 2 and Lot 5, Block 3, Pheasant hills Addition, accord-
iag to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, V.innesota, aAd that
part of Lot 4, in said Block 2 and that part of Lot 4, in said Block
3 and all that part of Teal Lane, now known as Pilgrim Lane, adjoin-
ing Block 2 and 3 Pheasant Hills Addition, lying be..tween the Fast
right of way line of Aallard Avenue, now known as quaker Lane, and
the South right of way line of State highway Pio. 55, lying Westerly
of a line drawn from the Sout1heast corner of Lot 5 in said Block 3
to a point in the West line of Lot 4 in said Block 2, distant 159.23
feet South of the Northwest corner thereof.
Also, Lots 1, 2 and 4, Block 2 and Lots 19 21 3 and 4, Block 3,
Pheasant Hills Addition, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Hennepin County, I+innesota, also all that part of Teal Lane, now
known as Pilgrim Lane, adjoining Blocka3 2 and 3 in Pheasant Hills
Addition, lying between the East right of wary line of Nallard Av-
enue, now known as quaker Lane, and the South right of way line
of State Highway Pio. 55, Except that part of Lot 4 in said Block
2 and that part of Lot 4 in said Block 3 and that part of said
Teal Lane, now known as Pilgrim Lane, lying Westerly of a line
drawn from the Southeast corner of Lot 5 in said Block 3 to a
point iu the Ifest line of Lot 4 in said Block 2, distant 159.23
feet South of the northwest corner thereof. Also all that part
of the Northwest a of the Southeast 4 of Section 36, Township
1188, Range 22, described as beginning at the most Easterly corner
of Lot 2, Block 3, Pheasant Hills Addition; thence North 440 00'
West along the northerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 130 feet
to the :southeast corner of' Lot 1, said Block 3; trance Dorth 110
00' East along the 'Easterly line of said Lot 1 to the northeast
corner thereof; thence South 610 58+ 23" East a distance of
115.52 feet; thence South 120 02' 04" West, 219.57 feet to the
point of beginning.

'Phe motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote beim taken thereon, the following; voted
in favor thereofr Dyer Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Humphrey, Mallon and flagon;
and the following voted against the same: :.1one.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held !:arch 4th, 1968, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete trans—
cript therefrom insofar as the arm* relates do tine approval of the final plat
of Pheasant Hills Addition Replat.
