HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-049VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 68-49 ' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the village, Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None, Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PHEASANT HILLS ADDITION REPLAT WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the proposed plat of Pheasant Hills Addition Replat and recommended approval of said plat; and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of said preliminary plat after due consideration and study, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the preliminary plat of Pheasant Hills Addition Replat as submitted and herewith described be approved: Lot 3, Block 2 and Lot 5, Block 3, Pheasant Hills Addition, accord- ing to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, and that part of Lot 4, in said Block 2 and that part of Lot 4, in said Block 3 and all that part of Teal Lane, now known as Pilgrim Lane, adjoin- ing Block 2 and 3, Pheasant Hills Addition, lying between the East right of way line of Mallard Avenue, now known as Quaker Lane and the South right of way line of State Highway No. 55, lying Westerly of a line drawn from the Southeast corner of Lot 5 in said Block 3 . to a point in the Wast line of Lot 4 in said Block 2, distant 159.23 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof. Also, Lots 1, 2 and 4, Block 2 and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4. Block 3, Pheasant Hilks Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, also all that part of Teal Lane, now known as Pilgrim Lane, adjoining Blocks 2 and 3 in Pheasant Hills Addition, lying between the East right of way line of Mallard Ave- nue, now known as Quaker Lane, and the South right of way line of State Highway No. 55, Except that part of Lot 4 in said Block 2 and that part of Lot 4 in said Block 3 and that part of said Teal Lane, now known as Pilgrim Lane, lying Westerly of a line drawn from the Southeast corner of Lot 5 in said Block 3 to a point in the West line of Lot 4 in said Block 2, distant 159.23 feet South. of the Northwest corner thereof, Also, all that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, described as beginning at the most Easterly corner of Lot 2, Black 3, Pheasant Hills Addition; thence North 44000' Wast along the Northerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 130 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, said Block 3; thence North leo 80' East along the Easterly line of said Lot 1 to the Northeast cornerthereof; thence South 61058123" East a distance of 115.52 feet; thence South 12002'04" West, 219.57 feet to the point of beginning. r •ti y K'fi� �^ v l�'� hrc' V i 4 ,F ��yi tfiy� �M1 y The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 4ayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adoptdd. 0
