The following members were presentt aaycr l�ilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphreys Hag= and Bunt; and the following members were absent: Nome. Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its asdoptioa:; A RESOLUTION APPROVING FII+AL PLAT OF PAL3M l s COVE WIDMEAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the proposed plat of Palmer's Cove and recommended approval of said plat; and WhIMEAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of oaid plat after due consideration and study, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT 10MY RESOLVE) BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTti: 1. That, the final plat of Palmer's Cove as submitted and herewith described be approved; That part of the REof the SES, Section 3, Township 1180 Range 22 and that part of Government Lot 6, Section 2, Township 118, Range 22 described as begiaii.ng at the Northwest corner of said Govern- ment Lot 6p thence Southerly along {est line of said Government Lot 6, a distance of 682.5 feet; thence Westerly at right angles to said Government Lot 6 a distance of 90 feet to the center line of Pinevieaa Latae; thence Northerly along the center line of Pineview Lane to a point 61 feet West of the northwest corner of said Government Lot 6; thence Easterly a distance of 61 feet to the point of beginning; also that part said Government Lot 6 described as beginning at the . -Northwest corner of said Government Lot 6; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Lot b a distance of 682.5 feet; thence Easterly at an eagle to the left 890-08' to the €hors of Bass Lake; thence Northerly along the shore of Bass Lake to the point of inter- section of said share of Bass Lake with the North Line of said Lot 6; thence Westerly along the said North Line of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. Vayor Hilden Councilmen Hunt, Humphrey and Hagen; :and the follow- ing votod against the asses Councilman O'Fallon.
