FYTRACT OF MINUTES OF `tETrINC
OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council was held an the 26th day of February, 1468, at the Village Hall, 13800
State Highway No. 55 corr•encing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The followi^F members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Pumphrey, Hagen and Hunt;
and the following members were absent: None.
Councilman giant introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-45
A RESOLUTION DFSIGNATING REPRESI'NTATIVFS Tn MEET
14ITH STATE LABOR CONCILIATOR ON PETITIONS OF AMERICAN
-FDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUTTICIPAL EMPLOYEES LOCAL NO. 57
. uE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLY"tOUTH,
MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That in response to a petition for conciliation from the American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local No. 57
requesting the State Labor Conciliator to act in a dispute between
the Village of Plymouth and the members of the Police Department,
the Clerk -Administrator Ls hereby designated as representative of
the Villafe to participate in such conciliation meeting.
2. The Clerk-'.1ministrator is herebv directed to furward a certified
copy of this resolution to •e Office of the State Labor Conciliator
and to advise them of this action.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.: Mayor flilde, Councilti-en
O'Fallon, Humphrey, tagen and Hunt; and the following voted against: None.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certifv that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held February ?6, 1468, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true ane complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the designation z the Clerk -Administrator as a representative of the
Village.
