plans and specifications for one Utility Rituren Sprav Tank

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;

VILLAn OF PLYLOUTH:

"1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such hpproved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 A. L- on March 211%6 g in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for percent of the amount of such bid."
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt
The following voted against the same: None.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Linnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a special meeting of the Village Council of said village held

nW office and the same is a dill, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to Advertisement for bids
for one Utility Bitumen Spray Tank
