THMEF"CRRw, BEE IT R -SOLVED BY THE VILLAGT; COUNCIL OF THE VILLAn OF PLYLOUTH: -1- "1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper and in an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such hpproved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub- lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 10:00 A. L- on March 211%6 g in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for percent of the amount of such bid." the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt The following voted against the same: None. The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None. 14HMEUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF KINNE50TA ) COUNTY OF HUMEPIN SS. VILL&GE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Linnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said village held Fp�phruAX. 2�_, 196g, with the original thereof on file in nW office and the same is a dill, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Advertisement for bids for one Utility Bitumen Spray Tank WITNEGS, 1.7 hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the village this 28th day of March 19-08 .
