Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was haid on the 26th day of
February, 1968, commencing at 7:30 p.m. The following members were presents
Mayor Hilde. Councilmen 017al'_on, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the following
were absent: None.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and -moved its
adoption:

1. That the requirements of Ordinance Fo. 66-1 of the Pillige of !'lymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in 30ok 1035
of Miscellaneous 'Records, page 447, register of Deeds, Tient:=; t Ca- ..ty'
1innesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels vt land leas than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby *,waived as to
the following described lands:
(A) Lot 2, Block 1, Klausman's Addition, except the west 90 feet thereof.
(B) The west 90 feet of Lot 2. Block 1. Klausman'a Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Payor Hi.lde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the
following voted against: Coui.ciiman O'Fallon.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly pasmed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being thw duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village
of Ply.outl!. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held February 26, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the some is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the some relates to a resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Lot 2,
Block 1, Klaugoan'sWition.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the corporate
seal of. the Village this 28th day of ?farcb, 1968.
