Pursuant to due call and notice thereof„ a Special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26", day of
February, 1968, commencing at WO p.m. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hurt; and the following
were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 68-42
WHEREAS, Donald Fraley, Belgarde Enterprises, hara rr,nugeted a subdivision
waiver on a portion of Lot 1, Block 2, Plymou & Plata 4th Addition,
aNOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED TV THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTHS
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the VillageOf-r ymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
?Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(A) Lot 1, Block 2, Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition, except the South 562
feet thereof.
(B) The South 562 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmen O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
' in favor thereofa Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fa12on, Humphrey, %%gen and Hunt;
and tits following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting, Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnetits, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held February 26, 1968, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true mnd complete transcript therefrom innotar
as the same relates to a resolution waiviug subdivision requirements for Lot I,
Block 2, Plymouth Plata 4th Addition.
WITNESS, My hind officially as such Clerk-Adr._inistrator and the corporate
seal of the Village this 28th day of March, 1968..
