VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 19th day of February, 196R,
at the Village Rall, 138GO State Plghway 55, commencing at 7130 p.m. The
following merbers were presents Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ')'Fallon, Humphrey,
Hager. and Hunt; and the following members were absents None.
Councilman Ftumphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions

PLAN FOR COUNTY ROAD 18 FROM
STA1E NICE1VA.' 55 TO COUNTY ROAD 70
16 WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 5727 et -owing proposed
alignmient, profiles, grades, and cross-sections, together with specifications
and special provisions for the eonstructiou of County State Aid ".oad 18 within
the limits of the Village as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and
presented to the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE HE IT HEREBY RFSOLM BY THF VILLAGF COUNCIL OF TPF. VILLAGE
OF PLYHOL= AS FOLL016St
1. That said plans, specifications and special provisions for County
Road 18 from State Highway 55 to County Road 70 be in all things
approved.
The motion was seconded by Couacilman Runt and upon vote being taken thereon
the following -•oted in favor thereaft Mayor Hilda, Cou..,ilmen Humphrey, O'Fallon
. and Hunt; and the following voted againstt Councilman Hagei.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
to a true and -_orrect copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the Village
Council of Plymouth at a meeting thereof held in the Villgge of Plymouth, Minnesota,
on the 19th day of February, 19L% ae disclosed by the records of said Village
in my possession.
