EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ME7TING or THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL 0- THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the 'tillage of. Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the loth div of
February, 1968, at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55 commencing at
7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the fcllowing were absent: None.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-37
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING
A TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, It has been discovered that there was a shortage of funds in
the 1963 Street Improvement Fund by reason of the fact that certain storm
sewer work included in the project had not been assessed and,
WHEREAS, it is not possible at this time to assess the cost of this storm
sewer work on any basis,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Clerk -Administrator and Village Treasurer are hereby
directed and authorized to transfer the sum of $12,921.04 from
the Storm Sewer Fund to the 1963 Street Improvement Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reaolutinn was seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and
the following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village
of Plym outh, Minnesota, hereby certif} that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of. the Village Council
of said Village held February 19, 1968, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as
the same relates to a transfer of funds.
