RESOL1UTL)N 110. 6R-33
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of
February, 1968. The following members were present: A!avor Nilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and )hint, and the following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hagen introduced t'ie following oesolution and moved its adoption:
WHLRFAS, pursuant to due and Proper notice according, to law, a public
hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village Hall in the Vfll.ape of
Plymouth on the 19th day of February, 1968. at 7:3n o'clock P.M. to consider
• vacation of the following described portion of the following, described street:
"22nd Avenue North fren the t':asterly right-of-way line of
Lancastez Lane to the Westerly right-of-way line of Kilmer
Lane."
and,
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given such
opportunity, after which said public hearing; was declared closed by the Mavor.
NOW, THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED SY TFT VILLME COUNCIL OF TW, VILLACE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"?_2nd Avenue Porth from the Eatterly right-of-way line of
Lancaster Lane to the Westerly right-of-way line of Filmer
Lane."
may be and hereby is declared to be vacated.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Tlunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereaf: `layor Wilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, JTumphrey,
Hagen and Hunt, and the following Toted against: 'tone.
Whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and actin; clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compare:-
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of the Village Council of said
village held February 19, 196F, with the original on file in my office, and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same relates to the vacation of certain street in the Village.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village on this 22nd day of March, 1968.
