VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THF. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall
on the 5th day of February, 1968, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None.
Mayor Hilde introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-30
BF. IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Village Councll of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, conduct a public hearing at the Wayzata
Senior High School, 305 Vicksburg Lane North at 7:30 p.m. on the
28th day of February, 1968, to consider the Proposed Zoning Map,
40 Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Guide Plan for the Village
of Plymouth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk -Administrator be
directed to give proper ,legal notice of such hearing in the
manner required by law.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote bding
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Ccunctlmen
Hagen and Aunt; and the following voted a-ainst: Councilman O'Fallon.
Whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly ^salified and acting Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that : have carei`ully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held February 5, 1968, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the Proposed Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance and
Comprehensive Guide Plan.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and -the corporate seal of the
