HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-028VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH F -\TRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF VILLA -E COUNCIL, FEBRUARY 5, 1968 • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of February, 1968, at the Village Hall coL�menci@g at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None. Councilman O'Fallon introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 68-28 R RESOLUTION RFJECT114C BIDS ON FIRE DEPT. TANK TRUCK CAB & CHASSISS WHEREASu p rsuant to advertising for bids as required by law, February 5, 1968, at 10:00 a.m. was fixed as the date and time for opening bids on the Fire Department Tank Truck Cab & Chassis and, WHEREAS, only one such bid was submitted at said bid opening, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The the bids received pursuant to advertisement for purchase o6 one Fire Department Tank Truck Cab & Chassis, as said bids are set out below, are hereby rejected. Crystal Motors, Inc. $4,794.00 The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the follnwing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted against: None. • Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 0
