HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-026• • Yr Y ail � I KXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on February 5, 1968, at the Village Ball, 13800 State Highway 55, commencing at 7130 o'clock P.M. The following members were presents Mayor Hilda, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absents Councilman Duntley. R * e k A A ,ger Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION NO. 68-26 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING REGISTERED LAI® SURVEY WHEREAS, Wallace Anderson has applied for the approval of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, with respect to the establishment of a Registered Land Survey in a part of the Southeast gbarter of Section 101, Township 118, Range 22, and WHEREAS, it appears desirable that such approval bit grantsd� NOW, THHRFORE BE HT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWSs 1. Approval is hereby granted for the establishment of a Registered Lend Survey with respect to the following described propertys That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 466, files of Registrar of Title@, County of Hennepin, described as follawa;, to-Iwitt Beginning at the southeast corner of Tract D, said Registered Land Survey No. 466= thence S• 570-U. on an assumed bearing along the southeasterly lana of said Tract D, a distance of 165 feat to the southwest corner of said Tract DI thence S. 180E., a distance of 108.27 feet; thence N. 720-04'-54" E., a distance of 199.9 feet to its intersection with the boundary Una of Tract A, said Registered Land Survey No. 466; thence N. 330W. along the boundary line of said Tract A. a distance of 156.6 feat to the point of beginning. 2. The Mayor and Clark -(Administrator are hereby authcrisan and directed to esseeute the said Registered Land Survey on behalf of the Village of Plymouth. The above notion was seconded by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being takent thereon, the following Toted in favor thereoft Mayor Hilda, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hint; and the following voted againsts None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. vnA AGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the above extract of minutes of the regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth held February 5, 1968, with the original of said minutes contained in the minute book of said Village.
