Minnesota, was hold on the 5th dap of February. 1968. The following ambers were presents Mayor Hilda, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absentt Councilman Duntley. *ts Atr• ee,♦ Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF LARCH HEIGHTS LAGOON WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission hold a public hearing to consider the proposed plat of Larch Heights Lagoon and recommended approval of said plat; and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of said plat after due consideration and study. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT SEEM RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the final plat of Larch Heights Lagoon as submitted and herewith described be approveds All that part of Tract "E", Registered Land Survey No. 857, Files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Townslip US, Range 22, said point also being the Southe st corner of Government Lot 7, Section 29 said Township and Range; thence South 0005' West along the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 420.,%9.f"tj thence North 89055' West a distance of 110.00 feet{ thence North 0051 East a distance of 10.00 feet= thence North 89055' West a distance of 208.00 feet; thmce North 34004120" West to intersect the Sostherly line of Tract "F", said Registered Land Survey No. 8571 theme Northeasterly, Northerly, Northrapterrly, Westerly and Southwesterly along said Tract "F" to the Southeast corner of Tract "D" said Registered Land Survey No. 857; thence North 0000' along the East line of said Tract "D" to its intersection with the water line of Use Late; thence Easterly along saidtter line to its intersection with the East line of said Government Lot 7; thence South 0016102" East along said East line to the point of beginning. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen &mt and Hagan. and the following voted against the same: Councilman O'Fallon; and the following abstaiuedt Mayor Hilda.
