HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-021aVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of January, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 68-21 A RESOLU'T'ION REQUESTING HENNEPIN COU.ITY TO PURCHASE TWO POLICE CARS ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Statutes allow governmental subdivisions to purchase jointly and, WHEREAS, Plymouth Village and Hennepin County qualify under these statutes, NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Village of Plymouth purchase from Hennepin County two four door Police sedans equipped as specified on Purchase Order No. 242 for the amount of $4,486.00. The above motion was seconde;i by Councilman O'Fallon an.A upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ailde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against: None. Whereup on said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) 1 I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk-Administaator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing resolution of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held January 22, 1968, with the original thereof on file in my office and the snme is a full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the purchase of two Police patrol cars from Hennepin County.
