RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDIMING ADVERTISE MT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, I.innesota,
was held on the 22nd day of January , 19 68
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon
Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley.

and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 68-19

plans and specifications for the purchase of one 1968 model Fire Depart»ent
Tank Truck Cab and Chassis
and has presen+ such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THr
VILLAGE .OF PLYLOUTH:

• 111. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 A. h. on Feb. 5,1966, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for 5% percent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote beirg taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: None.
The following were (absent) : Councilman Duntley.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, t,innesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a special meeting of the Village Council of said village held
Jan&py, 22 1 196.,, with the original thereof on file in
0.y office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to advertisement for bids
for Fire Department Tank Truck Cab and Chassis
