VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
• HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plynouth, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall
on the 22nd day of Jcnuary, 1968, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley.
Councilman O'Fallon introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 40. 66-18
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Village Council of :he Village of
• Plymouth, Minnesota, conduct a public hearing at toe Village Hall
of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of February,
19680 go consider the vacation of the following described street;
"22nd Avenue North from the East right-of-way line of Lancaster
Lane to the West rig.tt-of-way line of Kilmer Lane."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE'j that the Village Clerk -Administrator be
directed to give proper legal notice of such hearing in the mannor
required by law.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said village held January 22, 1968, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to the vacation of a portion of 22nd Avenue North in the
Village of Plymouth.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 30th day of January. 1968.
