Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was el on the

Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-16
WHEREAS, Leonard Allen has requested a subdivision waiver on Lot 17, Block 1,
Glen Grove Acres:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966,
in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of
Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of
parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in
width are hereby waived as to the following described lands:
Parcel A:
The No;yherly 210.5 feet of Lot 17, Block 1, Glen Grove Acres.
Hennepin County, Minnesota;
Parcel B:
Lot 17, except the Northerly 210.5 feet thereof, Block 1, Gen
Grove Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman O'Fallon , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen

Council of the Villa a of Plymouth, Minnesota, vas held on the 15th day of January,
1968. The iollowing members were present: Hayor Hilda, Councilmen V'Fallon,
Hagan and nun'; and the following members were absent: Councilman untley.
