HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-015• VILLAGH OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the 15th day of January, 1968. The following members were presents Mayor Hilde, Councilmen OOFallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absents Councilman Duntley. * * * * * * Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: "SOLUTION ow. 68- 5 WHEREAS, Ara Gibbs has requested a subdivision waiver on Lots 13 through 18, Block 2, Elmhurst Gateway, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE • OF PLYMOUTH; 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Parcel A: Lot 13 and that part of Lot 14, Block 2, Elmhurst -Gateway, lying Northwesterly of the following described lines Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 14; thence Southwesterly to a point on the Southwesterly line of said lot 14, distant 4.62 feet Northwesterly as measured along said Southwesterly line from the Southwest corner of said Lot 14, according to the plat thereof on fila and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county and state. Parcel B: That part of Lot 14, Block 2, Elmhurst -Gateway, lying Southeasterly of the following line and its extensions, said line described not Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 14; thence Southwesterly to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 14, distant 4.62 feet Northwesterly, as measured along said Southwesterly line, from the Southwest corner of said Lot 14, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Titles in and for said county end state. And Lot 15, block 2, Elmhurst -Gateway, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in hhe office of the L+egistar of Titles in and for said county and state. And that part of Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, Elmhurst -Gateway, lying Northwesterly of a line and its extensions, said line described as beginning at: a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 16, distant 15 feet Southeasterly, as measured along said Northeaaterl)i line, from the most Uortherly corner of said Lot 16; thence South- westerly to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 17, distant 10 feet Southeasterly, as measured along said Southwesterly line, from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 17, according to the plat therof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county and state. • Parcel Cs Lot 18,;2, Elmhurst -Gateway, according to the plat thereof on fila and of ftltcord in the office of the Registrar of Titles it cnd for said county and state. And that part of Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, HImhurst-Gateway, lying Southeasterly of a line and its axteusionsh said line described as beginning at a point cn the Northeasterly line of said Lot 169 distant 15 feet Southeasterly, as measured along said Northeasterly linel from the most Northerly corner of said Lot 16; thence Southwesterly to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 17, distant 10 feet Southeasterly, as measured along said South- westerly line, from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 17, according, to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said county and state. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution van duly seconded by Councilman Aunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallmn, Hagen and Hunt; and the • following voted againsts None. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of Paid Village held January 15th, 1968. with the original thereof on file in my office and the sale is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution waiving subdivision requirements . for Lots 13 thesugh 18, Block 2, Elmhurst Gateway.
