Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouthe Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of January.
1968. The following members were praaentt Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Huntg and the following members vara absents Councilman Duntley.

Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 68-14
WHIMS. John Taylor of Schaper Manufacturing boa requested r subdivision
vaiver on a portion of the southeast 1/4 of Section 25,
NOW, THEREFORE BE I2 RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTHt
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10. 1966s and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 4970 Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 3W feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described landss
(a) Al2 that part of the three following described tracts of land, towits
1) Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 942, Files of Registrar of
Titles, County of Hennepin; and
2) That,part of=Govesnmefit Lot 4 lying Northeasterly of a line
draws at right angles to the center line of South Sholre Drive
as platted in least Medicine Lake 2nd Addition to the.Southvest
corner of Registered Lead Survey No. 942, and the eitsuslon of
said line (the intersection of said line with tho center line
of South Shore Drive being hereinafter referred to ai point A),
except that part embraced in the plat of East Medicine Lake
2nd Addition, Section 25, Township 118, Range.22; and
3) The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, of Section; 25, Township
118, Range 22, except that part embraced I,& the p8at of net
Medicine Lake 2nd Addition. and except tbat.part embraced in
Registered Lend Surveys No. 921 and 942;
which lies Southwesterly of a straight :lice drawn from the Northeast
corner of Tract A, Raglatemd Land Survey No. 1236, Files of Aegistrar
of Titles, County of Hennepin, tvorthweetarl* to a point on the canter
line of South Shore Drive as platted in East Mididtue Lake 2nd,Addition
50 feet Northeasterly of Point A, as bereinabove located, as measured
along said cantor line from said Point A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seaondod
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thareoft Mayor Rtlda, Councilman O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the
following voted agaiustt Nona.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
