HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-013VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 15th day of January, 1968, at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway 555, commencing at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 68-13 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN PLAN FOR THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROADS 9 AND 18 WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Highway Department has prepared preliminary plans for the imporvement of a part of County Road No. 18 within the corporate limits of the Village of Plymouth at the intersection of County Road No. 9 and County Road No. 18; and WHEREAS, said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Hennepin County Highway Department, being marked, labeled and identified as Plan 7-C; and WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans are so marked, labeled, and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; NOW, THEREFORE BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the preliminary design plan presented to the Village Council by representatives of the Hennepin County Highway Department relating to the intersection of County Road No. 9 and County Road No. 18 and further identified as Plan 7-C are hereby approved. The motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted against: Councilman O'Fallon. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
