REPORT O1,T-'MPR0VEME- NT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 8th day of January , 1968 .
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen0IFallon,
Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley.

lhtW i9a Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 68-11
WHEREAS, it is proposed to J to purchase and expand the
Minneapolis Industrial Waterworks to include extensions to contiguous land
and along State Highway 55 to 13th Avenue and County Road 70.
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
athe improvement, pursuant to II.S.A. § --29.011 to 429.111.
I10I7 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUPICIL OF THE VILLAGE 01�
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to•the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvemer_t
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommendc�."
The motion was seconded by r Councilman Hunt and upon
vote being tahon thereon the following voted in favor of the
notion: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt.
the following voted against the motion: None.
wborsupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
