Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular (special

meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, flinnosota,

Trustee.. fibwan 1111111W introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: HSSOWTIOA no, 68-10
VHERE.'•.S, it is proposed to inprove: the service road along the South
aide of Highway SS Bent to its Junction with =amiss Lane
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the inprovenent, pursuant to U.S.A. § X29.011 to 429.111.
IJOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUPICIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a prolini;:. y "__, ai, i:: L sh. ,- the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by and upon
vote being taLen thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion:

whereupon the motion w4s declared duly passed and adopted.
