Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 8th day of January, 19++8, at
the Village Hall commencing at 7:30 p.m. -l..e following ;.iembers were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were
absent: Councilman Duntley.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-6
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING JA`iES SHAUGHNESSY
AS DEPUTY CLERK
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGi:
. OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That James G. Shaughnessy be appointed as Deputy Clerk for the
Village of Plymouth.
2. That said Ieputy Clerk shall perform all the duties of the Clerk
during disability or absence of the Clerk from the Village or in
the cases of vacancy in the office of the Clerk until a successor
has been appointed.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualifed and acting Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing resolution of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village
held January 8, 1968, with the original t'.ereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete resolution therefrom insofar as the same relates to
Designation of Deputy Clerk.
