RESOLUTION NO. 68-5
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND .ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO SUBU.IBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth , Minnesota, as follows:
Councilman Howard stunt is hereby designated as a director
of the Suburban Rate Authority, and Administrator Gerald Splinter
is hereby designated to servo as alternate director of the Suburban
Rate Authority for the year 1968 and until their successors are
appointed.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
