Councilmen O'?allon, Hagen and runt; and ,e following members were absent: Councilman Duntley. Councilman Hunt introduced the following resol,itton anc moved its adop tion: RESOLUTION NO. 68-3 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PLYMOUTH HERALD AS OFFICIAL LEGAL PUBLICATION - 1968 10 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Plymouth Herald is hereby designated as the official legal publication for the Village of Plymouth for the year ending December 31. 1968. The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hage-., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following vote.: against.: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passes; and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I. the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth hereby certify that the attached onl f cegoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the 'illag• of Plymouth at its regular Council meeting on January 8, 1968, as the same is recorded in the minutes of the meeting of such Council for said date, on file and of record in my office.
