Pursuant to due call and notice thtreof, a regu] ; meeting of the Village
Cel.:il of the Village of Plymouth was held on tLe 8t day of January, 1968, at
the Village Hall commencing at 7:30 p.m. The foll—,, .aembers sere present:
Mavor R_Lde, Councilmen O'Fallo•i, Har.en and Hunt; the following -aembers were
absent; Councilman Duntley.
Councilman O'Fallon intro.;uce-' the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-2
RESOLUTIIN DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES
. FOR VILLAGE FUNDS - 1968
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HERZBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Golden Valley State Bank, Golden Valley, Minnesota, be
hereby designated as an official depository for the funds of
the Village of Plymouth until December 31, 1968, or until
written nctice of its recision or modification has been
received by sail bank.
2. That the First National Bank of Minneapolis, Minneapolis,
Minnesota, be hereby designated as an additional official
depository for the funds of the Village of Plymouth until
December 31, 1968, or until written notice of its recision
or modification has been received by said bank.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
® Hagen and hunt; and the following voted against: None.
Whereapon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

and foregoing resolution of a regular meeting cf the Village Council of said village
held January 8, 1968, with the original thr;,sof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete resolution t:ierefrom tasofar as the same relates to
naming the official Village depositories.
