OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of tlymouth was held on December 18, 19670
at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:30
o'clock P.m. The following members were present: Mayor Staples,
Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were

absent: Councilman Duntley.
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its

A RESOLUTION CO`!ME.9DING OFFICER THOMAS R. TART
FOR LOYAL SERVICE TO THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH 9
AS A POLICE OFFICER FROM 1959 THROUGH 1967

WHEREAS. Thomas R. Tart as a part-time Police Officer, has given
unselfishly of his and his family's time for these past years and, - {
WHEREAS, he has served the Village for these yearn with pay, certainly
not commensurate with his value to the Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the `iayor and Council of the Village of Plymouth have
expressed in the official record of the Village of Plymouth
their congratulations and commendation to Thomas R. Tart
for his years of unselfish service to the Village of Plymouth
as a Police Officer.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples,
Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunts the following voted against the manes
Nona.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
