RESOLUTION N0, 67-206
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
December, 1967. The following ambers were presents Mayor Staples, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt= and the following members were absents Councilman Duntley.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions
WHEREAS, Girard Mines, has requested a subdivision waiver and eonsaltdation
of Lots 14 and 15, Block 2, Glan Erie Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLrIOUTHs
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, paga 497, Cogicter of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 fest in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands
(a) Consolidation of Lots 14 and 15, Block 2, Glen Eris Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallom, Hagen and Hund and the following
voted figainsts None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and. adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth held December 18, 1967, and the same is a
full, true and couplet* resolution insofar as the same relates, to the subdivision
waiver for Girard Hires.

of Lots 14 and 15, Block 29 Glen Erie Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CkTUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLY40UTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 19669 and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Mtecordz, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land lama than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived an to
the following described lands:
(a) Consolidation of Lots 14 and 15, Block 2, Glen Erie Addition.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing rasolv'_ion was duly seconded
by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt= and the following
voted ggainst: None.
Whereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
