SOLUTION N0. 67-204
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Pillage
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Etinnesote. ural held on the nth day of December,
2967. The following members were present.- Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallou,
Began and hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions
WHEREAS, Jerome Begin has requested a subdivision waiver on Parcel 5201 in
Section 15,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVUD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLZMOUTB;
1. That the requirements of Oruinanee No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous taeords, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
. County, Minnesota, relating to the convoyanca of #areels of lard
Iwo than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
(a) That part of the N 3/4 of the NH 1/4 of the st l/4 of see. 15-11H-22

The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Cousallata Bunt and upon vote being talo thereon, the following voted in
favor tbarsof: Mayor Staph, Councilman O'Falloo, Hagen and Bunt; and the
fellowisg voted agaisatt Nona.
