• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th dap of December,
1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilasn O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following were absent: Councilman Duntley.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Leo E. Baldwin has requested a subdivision waiver on Parcel 4020
In Section 26,
HOW, T$EEEFOEE BE rT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1956. ani; filed on April 6s 19669 in Book 1035
• of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the couverysuce of psccels of land less than
five (5) acres in arse and 300 feat in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(a) That part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 26. Township 118 North,
Range 22 West of the 5th Principle Meridian, Hennepin County, x1mamaou
described as follower Commencing at a point on the South line of said
SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 324.60' Last of the SW cornar thereof; thaws
North parallel with the West line of saAd subdivision 335.50' to a
point which shall be the point of beginning of tract to be hereinafter
described; thence Rant parallel with the South line of said n+bdivision
324.60'; theme* North and parallel with the Wast line of said
subdivision 335.50'; thence West and parallel with the South line of
said subdivision 324.601; thence South and parallel with the West line
of said subdivision 335.501; to the point of beginning. Except the
South 245.50' thereof. Subject to a 13.00' easement on the West aide
of the above U: -d for roadwaq over this and adjoining lands.
(b) That part of the SW 1/4 of the Ned 1/4 of See. 26;, T. 118 N., R. 22 W.
of the 5th P. M., Renn. Co., Minn. described as follawst Commencing
• at a point on the So. line of said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 324.60' of
the 8W comer thereof; tNenta North and parallel with the Wast Ilea
of raid subdivision 335.501 to a point which shall be the point of
beginning of tract to be hereinafter described; theme East and parallel
with the South line of said subdivision 324.60'; thence Horth and
parallel with the West line of said subdivision 335.30'; thence West
and parallel with the South line of said subdivision 324.60'; thence
South and parallel with the West line of said subdivision 335.50';
to the point of bagimning. Escept the south 100.00' tbereof; Also
sacapt the North 90.00' thereof. Subject to a 15.00' easement on
the West aids of said above land for roadway over this and adjoining
lands.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Commoilmao Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof,: Mayor Staples. Councilmen O'Fallon. Hagen and Hunt; and the following
toted againstt None.
