VILLAGE OF PLY"OUTII Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a apeeial meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, 'iionesota, was held at the Village Hall on the 6th day of December, 1967, at 5:30 p.m. Present: Piayor Staples, Councilmen Punt and Hagen, the Village Administrator. Absent: CouneUven O'Fallon and Duntley. The meeting was called for the purpose of confirming by the Council as a Canvassing Board, the results of the Annual Village Election, held on necember 5th, 1967. JOTION by payor Staple¢, second by Councilman ?aunt, that the results of the Annual Village Election of the Village of Plymouth held December 6th, 1967, be confirmed as follows: FOR MAYOR: VOTES nECEIVEDs William Braatz 18 Al Hilde, Jr. 1,125 Alvin W. Schmidt 76 John Spaeth 247 • Loring M. Staples, Jr. 7Y9 FOR COUNCILMAN: Hans T. Hagen, Jr. 1,252 Harlan Peterson 394 Ronald Prekker 533 Hotion passed by a three aye vote. .''layor S.iples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 67-202 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COCIL OV TITE VILLAGE OF PLT'OUTH, MINNEUN MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOFIS: That on the basis of the canvass made by the Council as noted above, Al Hilde, Jr. is declared elected I•iayor of the Village of Plymouth for the term expiring December 31, 1969, and that Liana T. Dagen, Jr. is declared to be elected Councilman, of the Village of Plymouth for the term expiring December 31, 1970. The above motion was seconded by Councilman runt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen hunt and Hagen. The following voted against: None.
