meeting of the Villmge Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 4th day of December , 19 67 .
The following members were present; .-fayor Staples, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley.
;iavor staples introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-201
WHEREAS, pursuant to an adverciuement for bids for the 3�
lE3Ey purchase of gasoline, diesel fuel
and fuel oil for the fiscal year 196x,
by
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids w—re received complying with the advertisement.

ETON THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with H. C. Mayer & Sons and
Dl,ckey & shaver, Inc, of Wayzata, Minnesota

fuel and fuel oil for the fiscahl year 1968.

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained uni.il a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by _Ca.inc3lmap Aapen and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: 4ayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: None.

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
