The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley. tra *at a:y� Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION APPROVTNC FTUL PLAT or mum mw ESTATES THIRD ADDITION WHERW , the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a Public Hearing to Consider the proposed plat of Meadow Law Estates 3rd Addition and recommended approval of said plat; and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer reel ended approval of the plat after duo consideration and study, WW, TR-RZFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLTNDUTH: 1. That the final plat of Meadow Law Estates 3rd Addition as submitted and hereewitii described be approved: The North 30 feet of the hast 1055.0 feet of the Southeast tjetarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, according to the Goveseu;,ent Survey thereof and also: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the North half of the Southwest quarter, Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, thence Westerly along the South line thn�re2of on a tearing of K. 890 .. 46' - 26" V for a distance of 1752.92 feet thence N 00 - 13' - 34" E a distanas of 430.66 reek thence S 836 - 34' —41" N a distance of 262.68 feat, thence N 9 - 15' - 53" E a distance of 170469 fest, thence N 300-23'-23" S a distance of 64,63 fact, thence N 70-04'-14" E a distance of 176.35 feet to a point an the South line of Lot 7, Moak 2, of Meadow Lava rotates according to the plat thereof on file and of record ir. the of Pic F. ff the Reglstrar of Titles in said Haanmpin county, said point being 129.94 feet Westerly of the Southeast corner of said Tot 7, thence Easterly aloe; the South line of said Meadow Lava Estates and Meadow Lawn Estates god Addition to the East line of said Southwest quarter, thence Southerly along said East line to the point of begiaaing, according to the Government Survey thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secanded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, COune:ilmsn O'Fallon, Hagen and Aunt; and the following voted against the same: clone.
