VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH '
RESOLUT ION NO. _.?-199-199
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
to Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th Jay of
December, 1967. The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman
Duntley.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OF HOMEDALE MANOR FIRST ADDITION
WHFIL A3, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a Public Hearing
to consider the proposed plat of Rosedale Manor let Addition and recommended
approval of said plat; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of the plat
• after due consideration and study,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY T'HE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. That the final Plat of Homedale Manor lot Addition as submitted and
herewith describee h& approved;
The North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter except that part thereof embraced within "a
plat of homodale Manor, of Section 33, in Township 118, Range 221
In said Hennepin County; the East 794 feat of the South 1/2 of
the North 1/2 of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of said Section 33; and that part of the North 32 feet of the South
1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 33 lying hest of the East 794 foot of said
South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereons the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following
voted against the same: Nona.
Whereupon said resoluticn was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Villago of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village hold December 4, 1967, with the original thereof on file in
my o.!fico and the same is a full, and true transcript therefrom insofar as the safe
relatas to the approval of the final plat of Homedale Manor lot Addition.
