HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-198. r i EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on November 20, 1967, at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, cosmoncingat 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following ambers were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hent; and the following sealers were absent: Councilman Duntluy. *e• ate• •#e Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 67-198 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING REGISTERED LAND SURVEY WHEREAS, M.B.G., Inc. has 2pplisd for the approval of the Villai go Council • of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, with respect to the establishment of a Registered Land Survey in a part of the Southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 118, Range 22, and WHEREAS, it appears desirable that such approval be granted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. Approval is hereby granted for the establishment of a Registered Land Survey with respect to the following described property: That part of Tract A described as beginning at the poW of intersection of the Northwesterly line of44 tract with the north line of said tract; thence North 89 ass and 27 minutes East along the north line of said tract a 4 itance of 335 fest; thence South 0 degre" and 33 minutes last a distance of 515 feet; thence South 64 degrees, 38 minutes and 39 seconds hest& distance of 304.11 feet; thence South 23 degrees, 12 siautes and 20 seconds West a distance of 40 feet; thence North 66 degrees, 47 minutes and 40 seconds West a distance of 649.05 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the northwesterly line of said tract; thence northeasterly along said eartbwestarly Ila* to the point of beginning; Registered Land Survey No. 921, files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. 2. The Mayon and Clerk -Administrator are hereby authorised and directed to a:eeute the said Registered Land Surrey on behalf of the Village of Plymouth. The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken cherson the following voted in favor thereon: Mayor Staples, Councilman H'Fallon, Hagan and Hunt; the following voted against: Nona.
