RESOLUTION NO. 67-197
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of P1ymorth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of
November, 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Hagen and hunt; and the following were bbsent: Councilman Duntley.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Harold Yoanick of Builtwell Construction has requested a subdivision
waiver on Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Plymouth Plana 4th Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
• 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plysotth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Dead&, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land
less than five (5) acres in area and 300 foot in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
(a) Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 1, Plymouth Plaza
4th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence North 00 degrees,
17 minutes, 05 seconds,West along the West line of Lot 5, Block 1,
a distance of 415.28 feet for a point of beginning; thence North 00
degrees, 17 minutes, 05 seconds West along the West line of said
Lot 5, Block 1, a distance of 178.00 feet; thence on a tangential
curve to the right (having a radius of 303.66 feet and a central
angle of 34 degrees, 33 minutes, 34 seconds) a distance of 183.16
feet; thence North 34 degrees, 16 minutes, 39 seconds East, a distance

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hagen sed upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staphes, Councilmen j'Fallon. Hagen and Runt; and the
following voted against: Moms.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
