R`13OLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
. ORYMING ADVcMISF1,00 T FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular Gbpwb&Q
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Ainncaota,
was hald on the 20th day of November , 1967
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Coancilmen
O'Fallon, Hagen and Runt.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Duntley.
Coupcilmaj0'Fallou introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-196
1HERTIAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
Administrator
None , 19_, the Village aagicam has prepared
plans and specifications for one Fire Pumper Apparatus
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;

111. Such plans and specifications, a -opy of which aro
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare nd cause to be in-
serted in the official paper a in
an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council _t 10:00 A. L. on Dec. 14 196 7. in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, eashier'e
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for gt percent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: None.
The following were (absent) (a Councilman Duntley.
WHEiFUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
