Pursuaut to due call and notice thereof, a regular (;arasts t)
meting of the Village Council of the Village of P17mouth, Kirmesota,
was held on the 29th day of November , 19 68.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples. Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt.

WHEREAS, a report has been x,iven by the Village to
• the Village Council on November .10 , 1967 , rscosatrnding the,
installation of street lighting in the Beacon Heights area.

NOW THERVORE, 95 IT RESOLVED BY TM COUNCIL OF TILE VILI.AG1t OF
PLTUOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid imprOvemout
• in accordance with the report and the assess>fsut of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed to-
provement on the 18th day of December , 1967

The motion for the adcption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Ism -6- Councilman o'FalA#A upon vote �e1ng taken thers-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Hayar Staples. councilmen
O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the motion: None.

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

Council of said village held November 20 , 1967, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcrippt therefrom
insofar as the same relates to installation of street lighting in Beacon
Heights area.
