Special Council Meeting
February 25, 1999
A special meeting of the Plymouth City Council was held in the lower level at City Hall,
3400 Plymouth Blvd., on February 25, 1999, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Johnson; Councilmembers Bildsoe, Slavik, Black,
and Spigner.
ABSENT: Mayor Tierney; Councilmember Harstad.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Johnson, Assistant City Manager Lueckert, Public
Works Director Moore, Community Development Director Hurlburt, Public Safety
Director Gerdes, Park and Recreation Director Blank, City Clerk Ahrens, and additional
staff members.
The City Council hosted a reception to honor board and commission members. Deputy
Mayor Johnson offered comments on behalf of the Council and presented plaques to
commissioners no longer in office.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
