RESONATION 90, 67-194
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ou the 20th day of November,
1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon.
Hagen and Haut. and the following members ware absent: Councilman Dantley.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions
WHEREAS, Northern States Power Company has requested a dubdivision waiver
on property is Section 27 and Section 34, in the Village of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE AN IT RESOLVED 3T THE C00NCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed as Shnuary 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Rook 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
. Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described loads:
(A) Lots 3 and 4, "First Addition Gresr's Orchard Tracts, Sessepin
County.
Lots 22, 23, and 24, "Parker Lake Gardens.
That part of the East 5 chaise of the West 13 chains of the Southwest
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Tcvaship US North, Range 22
West, described as follows All that part of the above described
tract which lies Veeterly of the right of vay of Interstate Highway
No. 494 and the South 350 fat of the above described tract which
lies Easterly of the sight of way of Interstate Highway No. 494
as said right of way is described and set forth in Lis Pandens
document No. 3210534.
Also that part of South Street (vacated)to be vacated) lying West
of the Northerly extension of the East line of Lot 4, "First
Addition Grow's Orchard Tracts'Heenepin County".
Lot Twenty-one (21). "Parker Lake Gardens". according to the plat
on file with the Register of Dead@. Ssasepin County. Minnesota, and
That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34,
Township US North. Lege 22 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
lying Wast of the Southerly extension of the East line of Lot 21,
"maker Lake GardsasY and Northerly of the Northerly rigbt-of-way
line of the Electric Short Line Railroad. Subject to road
easement.
Thi motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by CemseiluAn O'Falloa and upon vote being takes thereon, the following voted
In favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Cowncilmsn O'Fallon, Hagen and Font; and
the following voted against: Novo.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
