RESOLUTION H0. 67-192
Pursuant to due call and =tics thereof, a regular meeting of the village
Council of the Villaga of Plymouth, Hinmssota, was held on the 21th day of
November, 1967. The following members were preseott Ma"r Staples, Councilman
O'Fallon and Hunts and the following umbers were absents Councilman Hagen
and Duntley.

WHEREAS, David Pratt, Herforth Realty, has requested a subdivision
waiver for Lots i and 9, Block 2, Pinecrest,
'NON, THZRE10RE BE IT RESOLVED BT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
1. That the regsirem ate of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
pawed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscallsnsous Records, pap 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres is ares and 300 feat in width are hereby waived as to
the following described landst
That part of Lots 1 and 9, Block 2, Pinecrest,.lying north of
a line draws from a point in the seat line of said Lot 1
distant 155 feet loath of the northeast corner of said Lot 1,
to a point in the wast line of said Lot 9 distant 84 feat
wrtb of the southwest corner of said Lot 9.
The motim for the adoption of the foregoing resolutions was duly
seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thersofs Mayor Staples, Councilman O'Fallon and 'Ron. The
following voted againstt None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark-Adminiatrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth held November 20, 1967, and the ease is a
full and trna resolution insofar as that sane relates to the subdivision waiver
as requested by David Fratt, Harfsrth Realty.
