REPORT ON PIPROVEM, NT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (2voaka"
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 13th day of November , 19 67 .
The following mOLtbero were present: Playor Staples, Councilmen O'Falion,
Haven and Hunt.
and the followinZ members were absent: Councilmen nunttev.

moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-189
• ':'HEREf.S, it is proposed to IMpVDMX install street lighting in the
following areas:
Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 End 8, Beacon Heights 1st Addition.
Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4, Glen Echo Lake Addition.
R.L.S. #521, Tracts A 6 B, North 1/2 of Section 35.
R.L.S. 11743, Tract- A -L, So.rth 1/2 of Section 27.
Parcel No. 4246, 4230, 4220, 5000 and 5200 in South 1/2 of Section 27.
Parcel No. 610 in South 1/2 of Section 26.
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.,,. § 429.011 to 4?9.111.
• ITOCT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMTCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement he referred to the Village
Enginoer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all conveni,int speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to vihether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with sore other improvement and
the estimated coot of the inproveLont as recommended."
The notion was seconded by Trustee Hagen and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
riot ion: Mayor Stales, Councilmen Hagen and Hunt.
the following voted against the notion: Councilmen O'Fallon.
whereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
