VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Purusuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetfug of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the. 6th day of November,
1967, The following members were present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples, Councilmen
Duntley.
Houncilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67-186
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF FAZENDI & KROGNESS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a public hearing
to consider the proposed plat of Fazendin & Krogness Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Plymo§th Village Planning Commission did recommend approval
of said plat; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer after due consideration and study
did recommend approval,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
1 1. Tiat the preliminary plat as submitted by Roger Fazendin and titled
"Fazendin & Krogness Addition" is hereby preliminarily approved as
described herewith:
That part of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31,
T. 118, R. 22 W., described as follows: Beginning at the South-
west corner of said South 1/2 of the Northea�%t 1/4; thence East
along the South line thereof 958.95 feet; thence North 647.53
feet; thence West 973.67 feet to the West line of said South
1/2 of the Northeast 1/4; thence South 654.6 feet to the place
of beginning; except that part thereof lying !Jest of a line
drawn from a point on the South line thereof distant 223 feet
East of the Southwest corner thereof, to a point on the North
line thereof 142.9 feet Fast of the Northwest corner thereof,
and there ending; also except the North 25 feet of the East 412
feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fal'on, Councilmen Hagen and Hunt; and the
following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
