Pursuant to due call and sort" thereof, a regular meeting of the Vill"s
C*uaeil of the Village of Plymouth. Miaaesota, was held an the 6th day of
November, 1967, at the Village Hall, 13500 Stwts Ushway /33, commencing at
7:30 p.m. the folloving mmbers Wave present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon,
Councilman Hagan and Hund and the following members were abecnt: Mayor Staples
and Councilman Duntl"-.

Councilman ',ul.t introduced the following resolution and mowed its adoption:

A RNSOLUTION APPROVING T1 PRELIM URT DESIGN
PW FOR T1 ErMSRCTION OF COP : ['Y ROAD NO. 1.1
AND COLW rY ROAD NO. 18
WBRRRAS. the Haw"Ols Comfy 1ShWWY Department has prepared prelimioaty
pleas for the improvement of a part of County Road No. 18 withia do corporate
limito of the Village of Plymouth at the Intersection of county Road 18 and
Countv Road No. 10, and
WH RRAB, Said preliminary plana are as file in the office of the Beaaapia
County Righway Departmsmt, being marked, labeled sad identified M Layout 9-10-18-67
and,
WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plane as so marked, labeled and identified
are also on file is the office of the Village Clark,
NOW THEREFORS BE IT R&MVED RT T1 COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTUt
"That the prelimiaary desiga plan presented to the Village Council by
rgrcesentatives of the Renapim County nffhuay Department relating to
the Intersection of County Road No. 1S and Countv Road No. 10
and further ident-Ifl.ed by Layout 9-10-18-67 to hereby approved."
The motion was ■eaeaded by Cowpeilaaa Hagen and upon vote being taken thereons
the fellewiag voted in favor of the motion: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Begen and Dust; and the following voted against: Now.
Whereupon said resolution me declared duly passed and adopted.
