VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILi.AGF OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
November, 1967, at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway i55, eo®encing at
7:30 p.m. The following ambers were presents Acting Mayor O'Frllon,
Councilman Hagen and Hunt{ and the following members were absents Mayor Staples
and Councilman Duntley.

Councilman hunt introduced the following resolution mad moved its adopt.on:
RNNIZION NO, 67-1R3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN
PLAN FOR THE INTERSECTION OF 49TH AVENUE NORTH
AND COUNTY ROAD 18
. WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Highway Department has prepared prallawiry
plana for the iaproveaaat of a part of County Road No. 18 within the corporate
limits of the Village of Plymouth at the intersection of County Road 18 and
49th Avenue North, and
WHSRRAB, said preliminary plans are on fila in the office of the Hennepin
County Highway Departmmnt, being marked, labeled and Identified as Layout C-10-23-67
and,
WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled and idsntifiod
are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk,
NOV THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED RY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHS
"That the preliaiaary design plan presented to the Village Council by

representatives of the Henepin County Highway Department relating to
the intersection of County Road No. 18 and 49th Avenue Norrh
and further identified by Layout C-10-23-67 is hereby approved."
The motion was amended by Counoilama Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor of the motions Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Hagen and Haat; and the following voted against- Nona.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
