HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-182�e EXTBALT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEERTINC VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plyziouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of November, 1967, at the Village Bell, 13800 State Highway 155, commencing at 7:30 p.m. the following m hers were present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples and Councilman Duntley. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION. 67-182 A RESOLUTION APPROVINC.-THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN PLAN FOR THE INTERSECTION OF 36TH AVENUE NORTH AND COUNTY ROAD NO. 18 WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Highway Department has prepared preliminary, plans for the improvement of a. part of County Road No. 18 within the corporate limits of the Village of Plymouth at the intersection of County Road 18 and 36th Avenue North, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Hennepin County Highway Department, being marked, labeled and identified as Layout E-10-20-67 and, WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk, IOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "That the preliminary design plan presented to the Village Council by representatives of the Hennepin County Highway Department relating to the intersection of County Road No. 18 and 36th Avenue North and further identified by Layout E-10-20-67 is hereby approved." The motion was seconded by Councilman Bunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen Hagen and Hunt, and the following voted against: None. Whareupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
