VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH •
YESOLUT'ION N0. 07-181
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular mestinj of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
November, 1967. The following members were present: Ar ting t:tyor O'Fallon,
Councilmen Hagen and Hunt; and the following :umbers were &bee=.: Mayor
Staples and Councilman Duntley.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
Whereas David Anderson has requested a subdivision waiver on Parcels 2150,
2230 and 2210 in Section 25,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLTMOVrB:
L. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 100 19660 and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, laaeepim
County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of lead less
than flee (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby valved
an to the following described landsa
(a) That part of Government Lots 6 mad 7, Section 25, Towmehip 118, Range
22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing
at the intersection of the West line of Mendelsohn Avenue os widened,
said line being 50 feet West of the Rest line of said emotion 25 and
the Northerly line of Heine Avenue according to the plat of Medicine
Lake Park Third Division, Hemspin County, Minnesota; thence South
westerly along the Northerly line of said Braise Avenue a distance of
189.9 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described;
thence continuing Southwesterly along said Northerly line LOO feet{
thence North parallel with the West line of said Memdels hm Avenue
a distance of 150 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with the
Northerly line of said Wine Avenue a distance of 78 feet; themes
Southerly 147.5 feet, more or loss, to the point of begitsitg. The

Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division, Hennepin County,
rims. now vacated.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor
• thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallon. Council --an Hagen and Hunt; and the following
voted against; None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared daly passed and adopted.
