The following members war* present: Acting Mayor O'Fallou, Councilman Hagen and Hunt; and the following were absent: Mayor Staples and Councilmen Duntley. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Whereas, Paul Sylvander has requested a subdivision waiver on Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Elmhurst Gardens. NOW, ThEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds. Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land leas than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet invidth are hereby waived as to the following described lands: (a) The Easterly 65.20 feet of Lata 13 and 14, Block 2, Elmhurst Gardens. (b) Lots 13 and 14, Block 2, Elmhurst Gardens, except the Easterly 65.20 feet thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallon. Councilmen Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted against; Nona. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. tea• +t•* *er STATE OF KINNElOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth held November 6, 1967, and the same is a full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the subdivi- sion waiver for Paul Sylvander.
